Fear the Walking Dead episode 715

1) This week’s “Previously” focuses on Alicia’s army arriving at the Tower, Strand refusing to turn off the beacon because he realizes Alicia won’t forgive him, the Tower’s antenna destroying the beacon, and Alicia’s group taking sanctuary inside the Tower. Alicia gets her message out via the transmitter and passes out from her infection as the Tower’s roof catches fire (all from “Divine Providence”).

2) This episode’s title sequence features a silhouette of young Alicia, with the MRAP and the Tower behind her, in front of a flaming orange background, with no theme, as the title card’s edges burn.

3) This episode marks the first appearance of young Alicia since helping present-day Alicia in the woods in episode 709, “Follow Me.”

4) As Alicia makes her way back to the Tower, she passes the MRAP but pays it no mind. How did it get there? Was it left behind by Grace when she used it to scatter the Stalkers back in episode 707, “The Portrait”? Did the group use it to cover the gap between the Tower and the beach?

5) This episode, “Amina,” gets its name from the label Althea had placed on her interview with Madison (A tape which Alicia finds in the MRAP) about Alicia’s refusal to give up, a name Alicia had given a wounded bird she refused to give up on.
