Matt Lintz stars in Ms.Marvel but almost joined the MCU as this character

Matt Lintz is known in The Walking Dead universe for portraying the older version of the Kingdom resident, Henry. Now he is featured in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, starring in the Disney+ series, Ms. Marvel as Bruno Carrelli.
In a recent interview with Insider, Lintz shared that he was in the running to play Spiderman. He shared with interviewer Kristen Acuna that he was in the top running for the role, but it was instead given to a guy named Tom Holland, joking that he isn’t sure if anyone knows who he is. Lintz shared there were no hard feelings, and while filming Ms. Marvel, he was able to meet Holland when he came to visit their set.
Lintz is very excited for fans to see episode 3 of Ms. Marvel, where a big event happens, and he believes viewers will like it. New episodes of the series premiere each Wednesday on Disney+.

Lintz portrays Bruno Carrelli in Ms. Marvel and is the best friend of Kamala Khan/Ms. Marvel, portrayed by Iman Vellani. She is a Muslim American student who writes superhero fiction about her favorite heroes like Captain Marvel. She receives special super powers from a magical bangle transforming her into her alter ego, Ms. Marvel. Bruno is highly intelligent and makes all of Ms. Marvel’s gadgets.
Lintz comes from a talented family, and two of his siblings have also starred in The Walking Dead. Maidson portrayed Sophia Peletier and Macson played the younger version of Henry. Madison is currently starring in the series Bosch Legacy. Their sister Mackenzie has starred in Under the Dome and The Hunger Games.
Kelly Collins Lintz is the Lintz children’s mother and has an acting career extending to the mid-90s. She is known for her roles on One Tree Hill, Miracles from Heaven and Gifted.
