Who did Alexa Nikolas play on The Walking Dead series?

Former Walking Dead actress Alexa Nikolas recently made headlines while dealing with personal issues with her ex-husband. This has thrust her name into the spotlight and many have discovered she once starred on The Walking Dead and are curious about the character she portrayed.

During season 3 of The Walking Dead, Nicolas’ character, Haley, was introduced to Andrea (Laurie Holden) while they guarded the wall at Woodbury. Not much is known about Haley pre-outbreak, but at some point, after she had to kill her father and brother, who reanimated.

Haley is seen during the season 3 episode “Made to Suffer” as she aids the guard Rick (Andrew Lincoln) and the others attack Woodbury, and she calls for aid.  She is seen throughout this episode as a loyal follower of the Governor (David Morrissey), doing what needs to be done to fight Rick and his group. At the end of this episode, she is seen with Milton (Dallas Roberts) and Andrea as the Dixon Brothers are brought into the area to fight one another.

During the next episode, “The Suicide King,” Haley is killed by Maggie (Lauren Cohan) when she, Rick, and the rest rescue Merle (Michael Rooker) and Daryl (Norman Reedus).

Alexa Nikolas – Zoey 101 other roles

Nickolas is probably best known for her role as Nicole Bristow on the comedy series Zoey 101 that originally aired on Nickelodeon. The series is now available on Netflix, and with Nickolas’ name appearing in the headlines, the series has jumped on the Netflix Top Ten TV shows list.

Other roles she is known for include Mad Men, Family Guy, Lie to Me, Criminal Minds, Supernatural, The Suite Life of Zack & Cody, Revelations, Hidden Hills, That’s Life and her first role in P.U.N.K.S., a comedy sci-fi film.
