Fear TWD’s Jenna Elfman BIG YES to Tales of the Walking Dead

Jenna Elfman, who plays June Dorie in the first Walking Dead spinoff, Fear the Walking Dead, encouraged TWD Family to watch the newest series in her latest Instagram story. Sunday, Elfman reposted a photo taken by director Michal Satrazemis tellings fans they shouldn’t miss Tales of the Walking Dead, the newest spinoff in the universe.
Tales of the Walking Dead is a unique series that features standalone stories that are set within TWD world but take place in different parts of the US. Another element that sets this series apart is that each episode takes place at a different time after the outbreak, one at the beginning, another a year after, and one very far into the future. The six stories in the first season introduces a slew of new characters to the universe. But, you will see one familiar face from the flagship series. The third episode looks back at Alpha, who Samantha Morton once again portrays. As they are separate stories, they can be viewed in any order, and viewers can watch this series without ever seeing The Walking Dead or any of the other series to understand what the storyline is about.
AMC airs episodes of Tales of TWD in the usual Walking Dead time slot of Sunday nights at 9 p.m. AMC+ airs the new episodes one week early.

Jenna Elfman – Fear the Walking Dead
Elfman will again star as June Dorie in the eighth season of Fear the Walking Dead, which has begun filming in Savanna, Georgia. This season will see Madison Clark (Kim Dickens) return as a regular cast member and focus heavily on the mysterious organization known as PADRE.
June has gone through a lot since the death of her husband John (Garret Dillahunt). She also lost her father-in-law John Dorie Sr. (Keith Carradine) and caring for Charlie (Alexa Nisenson), who has radiation poisoning and will surely die. Then Alicia (Alycia Debnam-Carey) leaves. June is a strong woman, but even strong people can only handle so much. Let’s hope she catches a break in season 8 and can find some happiness.
