The Walking Dead season 11 new promo video – running out of time
By Renee Hansen
On October 2, 2022, at 9 p.m. The Walking Dead series will premiere the first of its last eight episodes. This is a hard thought to process for viewers loyal to this series for 12 years or those who have only recently begun watching. It will be difficult to say goodbye to our favorite characters, especially those we lose before the story ends.
In the new promo video, our survivors prepare for war against Governor Pamela Milton (Laila Robins), Deputy Governor Lance Hornsby (Josh Hamilton), and the soldiers of the Commonwealth.
The video begins with a bus and Commonwealth troops arriving at CW Outpost 22, formerly known as Alexandria, as Eugene (Josh McDermitt) asks, “Do you think people are born brave or do they become it?” We also see Milton with a blood-splattered face screaming; maybe Sebastian (Teo Rapp-Olson) gets killed!
Daryl’s (Norman Reedus) comment “We’re running out of time,” has a double meaning for viewers.
Many of the main cast are featured in the new promo, each fighting for their lives, with several in situations they might not make it out of. Maggie (Lauren Cohan) is determined to take back their home. Daryl and Carol (Melissa McBride) are ready for something.
