The Walking Dead season 11 episode 17 return date
By Renee Hansen
Walking Dead fans are gearing up for the final installment of episodes that will air on AMC this fall. The eleventh season marks the last for the flagship series, but there is more to come in The Walking Dead universe in the form of several spinoff series. Although the spinoffs won’t remove the heartache of losing the main series, they will give fans something to look forward to.
Tales of the Walking Dead is the newest spinoff series currently airing new episodes on AMC on Sundays at 9 p.m. ET through September 18.
The Walking Dead: Dead City will feature Negan (Jeffrey Dean Morgan) and Maggie (Lauren Cohan) as they travel to Manhattan on a new mission. This series is currently filming in New Jersey.
Rick and Michonne’s spinoff will see Andrew Lincoln and Danai Gurira return to TWDU in their own spinoff.
Daryl’s spinoff will take him to France, where he will encounter the variant walkers seen in the after-credits scene in the World Beyond limited spinoff series.
Fear the Walking Dead is currently filming its eighth season in Savanah, Georgia. This upcoming season will shed more light on the mysterious PADRE.
The Walking Dead season 11 part 3
The Walking Dead season 11, episode 17 will release on AMC on Sunday, October 2 at 9 p.m. ET. On this same date, episodes 1117 and 1118 will release on AMC Networks’ subscription service, AMC+.
Here is what we know about the first two episodes:
1117 “Lockdown” – October 2 – Daryl and Negan rush to the Commonwealth to stop Hornsby from going after their families. Pamela deals with protesters demanding justice for Sebastian’s crimes. Mercer needs Rostita’s help to fight a swarm. Directed by Greg Nicotero and written by Julia Ruchman.
1118 “A New Deal” – October 9 – Carol makes a deal with Pamela to wipe the slate clean on behalf of her friends. Aaron, Jerry, Lydia and Elijah get on the road to Oceanside to fill them in on a plan. The Commonwealth celebrates Founders Day. Directed by Jeffrey F. January and written by Corey Reed and Kevin Deiboldt.
Events will pick up right where they were left in the midseason finale as all of the communities were taken over by Lance Hornsby. Our survivors have been scattered in different locations during the first parts of the final season, but it appears they will come together again for one last battle against the evil forces of the Commonwealth.
