This is the sixth and final episode of season 1 of Tales of the Walking Dead. “La Doña” was written by Lindsey Villarreal and directed by Deborah Kampmeier. This marks the first foray into The Walking Dead universe for both ladies, and they did an outstanding job with this episode.

The episode stars Daniella Pineda as Idalia and Danny Ramirez as Eric. They are a couple who seek shelter in the home of La Doña Alma (Julie Carmen). This episode is a psychological thriller set in an apocalypse. The couple begins to be haunted by the house, or is it only in their minds? Frightening memories and incomprehensible events start to wear on the couple and strain their relationship.
