Tales Of The Walking Dead, Davon: Things To Note
By Liam O'Leary
Tales of the Walking Dead season 1
11) Davon’s lost leg makes him the second protagonist in Tales of The Walking Dead to suffer an amputation, behind Amy in the previous episode, though, unlike Amy, Davon’s was explained.
12) The Madawaskans, not too surprisingly, considering they’re Acadians, refer to the walkers as “Le Mort” (The dead). This is the fifth unique name for walkers for Tales of TWD, and the sixth name for them overall in the series.
13) According to Arnaud, he’s killing the children of Madawaska to stop them from becoming “twisted”, which he sees himself as being. Was this always his motive? Or did it emerge out of guilt for the killings he’d already done?
14) Amanda (Whose death we see in Davon’s flashbacks) is the first named character we see die in this episode and the fifteenth named character to die in Tales of The Walking Dead, not counting Agent Rogers.
15) Arnaud, who gets bitten by the walkers of two of the boys he murdered, is the second named character we see die in this episode and the sixteenth named character to die in Tales.
