Who is Max on The Walking Dead series played by Margot Bingham?

Margot Bingham has been on The Walking Dead series since her season 10 introduction, even if she was only a voice coming through Eugene’s (Josh McDermitt) radio. She plays Maxxine Mercer, a resident of the Commonwealth (CW) who was first introduced as Stephanie in the season 10 episode “The Storm.”
Max was taking a risk by reaching out via radio to other communities as this was against her community’s rules, but she was eager to learn of other survivors. Being a lover of all things science and kind of nerdy, she pulls parts from the trash to create a radio of her own.
She arranges a meeting with Eugene, but the CW intercepts her correspondence, and this is how Eugene, Ezekiel (Khary Payton), Yumiko (Eleanor Matsuura) and Princess (Paola Lázaro) are captured by the military of this community.
The Walking Dead – Max Mercer
Max served as the right hand to Governor Pamela Milton (Laila Robins) for years until she began to see the true nature of the CW. When she was held hostage by Tyler Davis (Cameron Roberts), a member of the resistance, who tells her, “I’m like you.”
After this incident, she discovers that the governor’s son, Sebastian (Teo Rapp-Olsson), is involved in underhanded schemes that have killed several people. These events happened with the General of the military, Mercer’s (Michael James Shaw) knowledge, who also happens to be Max’s brother.
This spawns her to investigate further, and she becomes involved with Connie’s (Lauren Ridloff) rogue publication that outs Sebastian for his crimes. This caused a riot among the residents.
Max decides that more needs to be done and secretly records Sebastian sharing his thoughts on the Commonwealth, his mother, and the citizens, none of it good. She then enlists Eugene to play the recording for all to hear.
By the end of the series, Max and Euguene are proud parents of a little girl, Rosie(after Rosita), in the newly established community of the Commonwealth.
