Talking Dead will return to AMC on October 23 with a new list of special guests. This season the talk show has been airing at a later time slot, following Anne Rice’s Interview with a Vampire. Host Chris Hardwick recently announced the huge live fan celebration for the series finale episode of The Walking Dead in Los Angeles on November 20, 2022.

AMC has announced that the series finale episode “Rest in Peace” will air on AMC and AMC+ simultaneously. On that same night, Talking Dead will host a mega show that will be a live event with cast members, new and old, in attendance.

This week Hardwick welcomes Eleanor Matsuura, who plays Yumiko and Josh Hamilton, who plays Lance Hornsby. Also joining the show will be TWDU actor, director and superfan Aisha Tyler. She has directed episodes in TWD, Fear TWD, and World Beyond and portrayed Mickey on Fear TWD.  This week’s show will break down episode 1120, “What’s Been Lost.”

The Walking Dead What’s Been Lost

This week AMC will air the twentieth episode of season 11, “What’s Been Lost.” This episode begins where “Variant” left off.

The trailer for this episode shows that Governor Milton (Laila Robins) is threatening Yumiko by using her brother Tomi (Ian Anthony Dale) as leverage. Carol (Melissa McBride) and Daryl (Norman Reedus) will search for their missing family members. It appears they will use Lance Hornsby (Josh Hamilton) to find out where their family has been taken.

Events of season 11, part 3, have been action-packed, and a variant walker has been introduced. Will fans see more of these variants as the series quickly draws to a conclusion? We only have a handful of episodes to find out!
