We are pleased to announce that we have resumed our Undead Walking podcast. After a bit of a hiatus, we thought it was time to bring back the interviews, recaps, and more via our podcast. You can listen on the platform of your choice including Spotify, RadioPublic, or Apple and Google podcasts. We have also embedded the recording below.

Our first guest, Carrie Genzel, had a smaller but vital role in season 11 of The Walking Dead. She portrayed the female Commonwealth Auditor named Clark. She tested our survivors by asking strange and very personal questions during their assessment as part of their entrance into the Commonwealth. She is stoic, direct, and a bit rude while frustrating interviewees with her interruptions and absurd questions.

She remains composed while conducting the assessments but does appear impressed when an interviewee shows they are intelligent or perhaps have some skills valuable to the Commonwealth. Her interaction with Yumiko (Eleanor Matsuura) was terrific as Yumiko turned the tables on Clark, correctly assessing her.

Carrie Genzel talks about The Walking Dead, her State of Slay website, and her upcoming appearance at The Camp Events in Peachtree City, Georgia. Genzel hosts a breakout session at this event entitled Talk Real S**T.

Genzel is originally from Vancouver and has worked extensively in Canada and the United States throughout her career. She is well known as Skye Chandler on All My Children and played two roles in Supernatural, as Linda Berman/Lynda Bloome.

You will recognize her from other roles, including Watchmen, The Imaginarium of Dr. Parnassus, Dead Rising: Watchtower and They’re Watching.

She recently appeared as in a recurring role for seasons 3 and 4 of the Tyler Perry series Sistas, which airs on BET.

We appreciate Carrie Genzel for taking time away from her schedule to talk with Undead Walking.
