The Walking Dead series nominated for Critics Choice Super award

The Walking Dead series has been nominated for a Critics Choice Super Award. In its third year, this award ceremony honors the talent in superhero, sci-fi, fantasy, horror, and action movies and series in entertainment. The winners will be announced on March 16.
Variety released the list this week, with The Batman leading with six nominations. The film has three best actors in a superhero movie mentions for Robert Pattinson, Colin Farrell, and Paul Dano, who also is nominated for best villain. Zoë Kravitz’s portrayal of Catwoman also earned the actress a nomination.
Other leaders in the nominations include Black Panther, Wakana Forever, Everything All at Once, and Top Gun: Maverick.
The Walking Dead was nominated in the Best Horror Series, Limited Series, or TV Movie category and has some stiff competition. See the list of nominees below.

Many Walking Dead actors and actresses have starred in other titles nominated for Critics Choice Awards.
Walking Dead and Summit actress Danai Gurira starred in Black Panther: Wakana Forever, nominated for several awards, including Best Superhero Movie, Best Actor in a Superhero Movie, Best Actress in a Superhero movie, and Best villain in a Movie.
Jordan Peele’s Nope, staring Walking Dead actor Steven Yeun was nominated for Best Science Fiction/Fantasy Movie.
The Netflix original series Vikings: Valhalla was nominated for Best Action Series, Limited Series, or TV Movie starring Walking Dead’s, Pollyanna McIntosh.
Top Gun: Maverick, which stars Tales of the Walking Dead actor Danny Ramirez as “Fanboy,” received several nominations, including Best Action Movie and Best Actor & Actress in an Action Movie.
