Alycia Debnam-Carey series Saint X trailer, release date and more

Actress Alycia Debnam-Carey made her departure from Fear the Walking Dead in season 7. Since the pilot episode, she portrayed Alicia in the series but was ready to take on new projects. One of those is the new Hulu series, Saint X. 

Directed by Darren Grant, known for Millions, and Dee Rees, known for Mudbound, Saint X was written by Leila Gerstein, who worked on The Handmaid’s Tale and Hart of Dixie. The series is based on Alexis Schaitkin’s 2020 best-selling novel.

Debnam-Carey was announced to join the series after the departure of You actress Victoria Pedretti in early 2022. Additional cast members include Josh Bonzie, West Duchovny, Jayden Elijah, Bre Francis, Kenlee Anaya Townsend, Betsy Brandt, and Michael Park.

This psychological drama is told across multiple timelines as it explores the mysterious death of a young woman on vacation with her family in the Caribbean. Her death creates a ripple effect that will eventually cause her surviving sister to seek out the truth about her death.

Saint X will premiere on Hulu on April 26, releasing three episodes, with the remaining five released weekly.

Next,  Alycia Debnam-Carey will star in the drama The Lost Flowers of Alice Hart and It’s What’s Inside.  She is well known for her roles in The 100, A Violent Separation, Into the Storm, Friend Request, and The Devil’s Hand. 

Fear the Walking Dead will premiere its eighth and final season on May 14, 2023, and fans are hoping that Alyica will appear before the series’ last episode, which will air by the end of 2023.
