Fear the Walking Dead – the eighth and final season
Fear the Walking Dead is the first spinoff of the main series, which began airing in 2015. This series was set on the west coast instead of the main series set on the East. Fear TWD would travel from California to Mexico, to Texas, and in its final chapter, will see another change of location.
The seventh season saw the departure of fan favorite Alicia Clark (Alycia Debnam-Carey) but the return of another fan favorite, her mother, Madison Clark (Kim Dickens). While fans were disappointed that there was no reunion between the two survivors of the Clark family, they were excited to learn Madison would once again be a series regular for the final season.
The final season of Fear TWD will see a focus on the mysterious PADRE organization that turned out to be anything but the haven it was long thought. Instead, this organization deals with kidnapping and training children for some unknown purpose.
Another exciting event in season 8 will be the seven-year time jump. Eventually, all of our survivors will end up living at PADRE under less than favorable conditions.
Fear the Walking Dead season 8 will release in two six-episode parts. Part 1 premieres on AMC+ on May 11 and AMC on May 14 at 9 p.m. ET.
