AMC has released a winner in the new spinoff, The Walking Dead: Dead City. This spinoff is the best so far and has done an amazing job continuing Negan (Jeffrey Dean Morgan) and Maggie’s (Lauren Cohan) stories while introducing new characters. The third episode will release this week; what time will it be available to view?

Episode 2, “Who’s There,” was an amazing episode that introduced some native New Yorkers known as the Tribespeople, gave more back story on The Croat (Željko Ivanek), and saw Negan revert to his old self. Ginny (Mahina Napoleon) wasn’t fairing so well at the new Hilltop location, but it was revealed she used to belong to the Oceanside community.

Negan put on his “full show” reminiscent of the former leader of the Saviors. This tactic, he explained to Maggie, was what he did in order to protect those under his care. In this episode, Maggie was on the receiving end of the care, and it will be interesting to see how she responds to this in upcoming episodes.

Perlie Armstrong (Gaius Charles) found his brother Joel, who had long since died and then was captured by The Croat.
