Walking Dead actress Medina Senghore stars in crime thriller Murder City

Actress Medina Senghore portrayed Negan’s (Jeffrey Dean Morgan) wife, Annie, in the final season of The Walking Dead. She was a member of a group called Riverside and survived the end of the series. But her fate was left unknown. In the new series Dead City, her fate and that of her and Negan’s child were revealed. Senghore is currently starring in a new movie, Murder City. 

The new film is directed by Michael D. Olmos, known for S.W.A.T. and Mayan MC, and written by Will Simmons. Murder City airs on TUBI, a free streaming service.

The story follows Neil, a disgraced ex-cop forced to work for a ruthless queenpin. He begins his life of crime to pay off his father’s debt and keep his wife and child safe. He struggles with his roles as husband, father, son, and brother while dealing with the circumstances he finds himself in.

The movie stars Mike Colter as Neil, and Senghore plays his wife, Molly. They are joined by Stephanie Sigman, Antonio Fargas, James Udom, Jesse Garcia, Rhys Coiro, Cedric Joe, Jonathan Stanley, Keyon Bowman, and Georgia Clark.

Medina Senghore is well known for her roles in Happy!, also starring TWD actor Ritchie Coster (Pope), and Those Who Wish Me Dead with Jon Bernthal (Shane). She is also known for Keeping Company, Dr. Death, Blindspot, and Celebrity Ghost Stories.
