Actress Chelle Ramos starred in the final season of The Walking Dead, where she portrayed Fake Stephanie, aka Shira. She served as an agent for the Commonwealth who was spying on Eugene (Josh McDermitt). Currently, Ramos stars in the Peacock series Twisted Metal.
Developed by Rhett Reese, Paul Wernick, and Michael Jonathan Smith, Twisted Metal is based on the vehicular combat video game of the same name. Reese and Wernick have previously worked together on several projects, including Zombieland and Deadpool 1-3.
Set in a post-apocalyptic wasteland, this action comedy series follows John Doe, a milkman with amnesia tasked with delivering a cryptic package through the desolate landscape. Assisted by Quiet, a car thief, Doe will encounter ruthless marauders while facing a life-altering opportunity.

Ramos joined The Walking Dead during its final season, and her character Stephanie/Shira caused quite a commotion as she tricked Eugene. Under orders from Lance Hornsby (Josh Hamilton), she kept close tabs on Eugene and his friends to discover the location of his community. With the fall of the Commonwealth by the end of the series, her fate was unknown.
She is well known for her role as Deputy Plumb in the Netflix original series Outer Banks. She has also starred in Long Slow Exhale, The Purge, The Gifted, Valor, and more. Many remember her from Saints and Sinners as Detective Josephine Alvarez.
