Fans of Daryl Dixon are counting down to the premiere date of The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon spinoff series. Norman Reedus reprises his role in a series that will significantly expand TWDU. Daryl will arrive in France with no memory of how he got there. He washes ashore and begins a journey to find his way home. In a new clip from the series, Daryl meets a very friendly French woman.
In The Walking Dead season 4, episode 12, “Still,” Daryl tells Beth (Emily Kinney) that he had never left the state of Georgia. This changed when Rick’s (Andrew Lincoln) group headed to Virginia. The new series finds Daryl’s travel experience extending overseas, and he is entirely out of his element.
By the end of The Walking Dead, Daryl leaves the communities searching for Rick and Michonne (Danai Gurira). Somewhere along the way, he will make some “bad decisions,” which lead him to France.
The new series will introduce many new characters during its first season. Below is the latest clip released by AMC, which shows Daryl meeting an amiable French woman.
The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon in France
