The Ones Who Live actress Lesley-Ann Brandt in adult animated series

The Walking Dead: The Ones Who Live will premiere on AMC and AMC+ in February 2024. The highly anticipated spinoff of The Walking Dead will feature the apocalyptic power couple Rick and Michonne as a continuation of their epic love story. Lucifer actress Lesley-Ann Brandt has been cast in this new series, and until then, you can see, or rather hear, her in a new Netflix adult animated series, Captain Fall.
Ordered in 2020 by Netflix, Captain Fall is an adult animated comedy created by Jon Iver Helgaker and Jonas Torgersen, known for the Norwegian comedy series Norsemen, also available on Netflix.
The story follows Jonathan Fall, a naive yet kind captain of a cruise ship, which, unbeknownst to him, is a front for a human trafficking ring led by Liza Barrel.
The official logline from Netflix:
"A wet-behind-the-ears yet good-hearted sea captain unwittingly finds himself at the helm of a smuggling ship for a terrible international cartel that’s using him as a fall guy in case the authorities ever catch up to them."
The first part of the 20-episode season was released on the streamer in July 2023. The series has received favorable reviews with an 80% on Rotten Tomatoes. There has been no announcement for the release of the remaining ten episodes.

Lesley-Ann Brandt – The One Who Live
In March 2023 Brandt was announced to star in The Ones Who Live. She will play a character named Pearl Thorne of which details have been kept underwraps. It is possible she is a member of the CRM (Civic Republic Military), who have held Rick (Andrew Lincoln) captive for many years.
The Walking Dead: The Ones Who Live will premiere on AMC and AMC+ in February 2024 for a six part series.
