Walking Dead actors Paola Lázaro and C. Thomas Howell will star in a Netflix original, Obliterated. The official trailer for the series has been released, and this series looks bonkers, in a good way.

From the creators of the Karate Kid spinoff, Cobra Kai, Jon Hurwitz, Hayden Schlossberg, and Josh Heald is the new action-comedy Obliterated. The creators wrote and served as executive producers via their production company, Counterbalance Entertainment. Dina Hillier also executive produces, with America Young, Sherwin Shilati, and Joel Novoa as directors.

The series follows an elite special forces team who, after believing they deactivated a bomb in Las Vegas, proceed to celebrate their success in Sin City with booze, drugs, sex, and other debauchery. This is all well and good until they receive the news that the bomb they deactivated was a fake. Then, they must figure out how to overcome their impairments in order to locate the actual bomb and save the day.

Netflix has released an official clip from the series titled Party Bus.

Netflix original Obliterated release date

Netflix has announced that the eight-episode series Obliterated will release on November 30. All eight episodes will be released together and have an approx. run time of 60 minutes.

The series has an outstanding cast, which includes:

  • Shelley Hennig as Ava Winters
  • Nick Zano as Chad McKnight
  • Terrence Terrell as Trunk
  • Alyson Gorske as Lana
  • Eugene Kim as Paul Yung
  • Amalia Yoo as Maya Choi

With David Costabile, Tobias Jelinek, Lindsey Kraft, Carl Lumbly, Minnie Mills and Costa Ronin.

Lázaro portrays a badass marine sniper, Angela Gomez, with Howell as Haggerty, a wild and eccentric Army explosives technician.

Both actors are featured in the trailer below, which showcases this series, which is described as a high-octane action-comedy.

Don’t miss Obliterated when it premieres on Netflix on November 30.
