Walking Dead & Stranger Things actress Karen Ceesay in Y’allmark Christmas improv

Walking Dead and Stranger Things actress Karen Ceesay will appear in Horizon Theatre Presents Dad’s Garage: Y’allmark Christmas: An Improvised Holiday Movie.
The event takes place at the Horizon Theatre located at 1083 Austin Ave. Atlanta, GA. Topher Payne, an Atlanta playwright, and Hallmark movie screenwriter, leads the production. Each show is unique, using holiday tropes, suggestions from the audience, and a rotating cast from Dad’s Garage with different guest actors from Horizon. A brand new live holiday “movie” is created during each production.

Ceesay, a guest for last year’s production, was excited to share her involvement as a cast member this season. Her social media post below highlights the dates she will be involved.

Walking Dead’s Karen Ceesay
Ceesay portrays Mrs. Sinclair on the Netflix original series Strangers Things and is known for her role as Bertie, a member of Hillside. She began her time on the series in season 7 and was last seen in season 10; her ultimate fate in the finale season is unknown.
She is also known for her roles in The Girl From Plainville, Young Rock, Deputy, Black Lightening, Greenleaf, and more.
Ceesay lives in Atlanta, where she serves on the Board of Directors for Film Impact Georgia, on the Artist Advisory Council for ArtsATL, and on the local SAG/AFTRA organizing committee. She still works closely with Women in Film & Television Atlanta (WIFTA), where she served on the Board of Directors for several years.
