Sometimes, it feels like Colman Domingo's world, and we're just living in it. The Fear the Walking Dead legend has starred in a bunch of major projects lately, including the Michael Jackson biopic, Michael, The Running Man, Wicked: For Good, Netflix's The Madness, Euphoria, and more. Now, the next season of his most recent Netflix project is right around the corner.
Domingo is reprising the role of Danny in The Four Seasons season 2 later this month. All eight episodes of the new season, all of which should feature Danny in a lead role, will arrive on Thursday, May 28, 2026.
Domingo also starred in the first season of the series alongside Steve Carell, Will Forte, Tina Fey, who co-created the series, Marco Calvani, Kerri Kenney-Silver, and Erika Henningsen. That was released in the spring of 2025.
Watch the trailer for the new season of The Four Seasons:
In the series, Danny, Domingo's character, and his husband, Claude, played by Calvani, are part of a friend group that gets together for vacations and things like that through the year. It includes Kate (Fey) and Jack (Forte) and Nick (Carell) and Anne (Kenney-Silver). When Nick reveals to the group that things aren't going well with Anne, things get awkward.
Honestly, The Four Seasons could not be more different than Fear the Walking Dead. Sure, there are some big family vibes in Fear the Walking Dead, but The Four Seasons is a comedy-drama about a group of friends who visit each other and get together to hang out through the changing seasons of life.
So, would I recommend The Four Seasons to Fear the Walking Dead fans? That's a good question. Obviously, if you're a fan of Domingo, who starred as Victor Strand in 109 episodes of the series' eight seasons, well, yeah, you have to watch this show. Domingo is incredible in The Four Seasons, just like he is in every show that she's a part of.

The show's are so different, though. I know for a fact that if you're only into zombie-like genre shows, you probably won't like The Four Seasons. It's probably a little too comedy-drama for you, but I would definitely give the show a try. It's hilarious, but it also has a lot of heart!
With the first season of the series streaming on Netflix, you have a few weeks to catch up before The Four Seasons season 2 hits the streaming service on May 28.
Domingo also stars in Disclosure Day, the new Stephen Spielberg sci-fi movie, coming to theaters on June 12, 2026. Stay tuned for more news about the Fear the Walking Dead star!
