Don't miss Walking Dead's Michael Cudlitz in Beautiful Disaster, streaming on Hulu

Michael Cudlitz is well known for many of his roles throughout his career. He is best known for his roles in The Walking Dead, Band of Brothers, Southland, and The Kids are Alright. In 2023, he starred in a new role in the romantic drama Beautiful Disaster.

Directed by Roger Kumble, known for his work on Entourage, Suits, and Pretty Little Liars, the film is co-written by Kumble and Jamie McGuire, on whose novel the movie is based.

The movie introduces bad boy Travis Maddox, who fights in underground boxing matches, to college freshman Abby Abernathy, trying to break away from the past by reinventing herself. Travis is intrigued by Abby's resistance to his charms, which makes him try all the harder to gain her attention. They place a bet, which finds Abby living at his house for a month. During that time, can she continue to resist his charms while also fighting her dark past that begins creeping up on her?

Dylan Spouse portrays Travis with Virgina Gardner as Abby. Cudlitz plays Travis' father, Jim Maddox, and additional cast includes Autumn Reeser, Libe Barer, Brian Austin Green, Austin North, Rob Estes, and Samuel Larsen.

Beautiful Disaster sequel

A sequel to Beautiful Disaster, Beautiful Wedding, has already been filmed and is scheduled for release on January 24, 2024. Cudlitz is expected to appear in this film. See the trailer below.
