The Walking Dead: The Ones Who Live series finale airs on AMC March 31 at 9 p.m. Those with AMC+ subscriptions were able to begin watching at 3 a.m. The series is at its heart the continuation of the love story of the apocalyptic powerhouse couple of Rick and Michonne Grimes.

Non-spoiler review of The Ones Who Live finale: It is a decent episode that will leave fans satisfied.

The six-part series showcased Rick and Michonne's journey during the years they have been apart to focus on their blessed reunion. While Rick dealt with serious PTSD from being with the CRM and losing his family, Michonne held her ground and brought him back to her.

Rick Grimes himself, Andrew Lincoln, gives his special thanks to the fans, Danai Gurira, Scott Gimple, and everyone else, for making The Ones Who Live so incredible. He spies a rainbow, then loses his dogs!

The Gurira makes us all cry with this image. It is hard to believe that so much time has passed since these two last acted together, but they came together seamlessly in this series.

Lesley-Ann Brandt joined TWDU as Pearl Thorne who becomes a member of the CRM. Brandt has done a fabulous job with this character who was a welcome addition to the storyline.

The Ones Who Live was a fabulous expansion of The Walking Dead universe, especially for fans who longed to see the return of Rick and Michonne. Lincoln and Gurira picked up as if no time had passed and promised the fandom an epic love story. This series was more about their story than the CRM.

And don't forget the exclusive look at The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon - The Book of Carol tonight during Parish on AMC. Daryl Dixon season 2 is scheduled for release in the summer of 2024. Perhaps tonight, they will release an official premiere date!!
