The Walking Dead: The Ones Who Live - New characters introduced in episode two "Gone"
By Renee Hansen
The second episode of The Walking Dead: The Ones Who Live expanded the shocking scene at the end of episode one and introduced several new characters. "Gone" was focused on Michonne's story and what she had endured since meeting Bailey (Andrew Bachelor) and Aiden (Breeda Wool) in her final episode of season 10 of The Walking Dead, who were part of a massive caravan of survivors.

In Michonne's final episode of The Walking Dead, she encounters two characters, Bailey, who was injured, and his companion, Aiden. They needed Michonne's help, and after seeing their caravan leaving them behind, she was more than willing. The Ones Who Live reintroduce Aiden and Bailey, who were revealed to be a couple expecting a child.
This episode also introduced one of the most fascinating new characters TWDU has seen recently. Nat, portrayed by Matthew Jeffers, is a little person with a larger-than-life personality and a talent for burning things and making things. His back story is fascinating, as most often, the back stories feature horrific stories of abuse as children and things of that nature. But Nat was a child whose father left, but his stepfather, Danger, took a keen interest in him and, while he was interested in his ability to burn things down, nurtured his talent to build. This became a vital skill in the apocalypse.
Sadly, Nat, Bailey, Aiden, and all the others who joined Nat and Michonne on their journey were killed, mainly by the chlorine gas dropped on them by the CRM helicopters. Nat was shot in the back after he and Michonne shot Rick's helicopter out of the sky.
Although not a new character, Jadis (Pollyanna McIntosh) was also reintroduced to the TWDU. The second spinoff, World Beyond, showed that Jaidis traded Rick to the CRM and became a warrant officer within the CRM. She is a high-ranking official about to make Rick and Michonne's goal to return to their children much more difficult.
The six-part series, The Ones Who Live airs new episodes weekly on AMC and AMC+.
