The Walking Dead: The Ones Who Live has quickly burned through the first four episodes, which have been complex stories of action, emotion, and love. Fans are eager to see what comes next but also dread the end of what could be a single-season series. When does episode 5 release?

The fifth episode is titled "Become," which, coupled with the previous episode title, "What We," is the title of Michonne's (Danai Gurira) final episode in the tenth season of The Walking Dead. The synopsis for the episode reads: Dangerous people make Rick (Andrew Lincoln) and Michonne's journey difficult.

This episode will pick up after the events of the fantastic fourth episode, which Danai Gurira wrote. At the end of that story, Rick and Michonne head towards Alexandria to reunite with their children, Judith and RJ.

The Walking Dead: The Ones Who Live penultimate episode will premiere on Sunday, March 24, at 3 a.m. on AMC+ and 9 p.m. on AMC.

Ones Who Live episode 5 trailer

Interesting elements featured in the trailer:

  • A cloaked figure appears to be stalking Rick and Michonne.
  • It's possible they lose the vehicle they fled Greenwood in.
  • They meet with others.
  • There is a walker with a skull hard as stone.
  • Michonne says, "Now I see this can't end with us going home."

The trailer begins with a shot behind the cloaked figure. Many fans hope it is Morgan Jones (Lennie James) as in his final Fear the Walking Dead episode, he vowed to go in search of his old friend Rick. There is also much speculation that it is Jadis (Pollyanna McIntosh) who, despite knowing of the helicopter crash that should have ended their lives, knows Rick and Michonne are unstoppable. It will be interesting to see who this is, as they are actively stalking the duo.
