Walking Dead actress Lynn Collins stars in Cowboy Drifter and two other movies

Actress Lynn Collins is known for her roles in True Blood, John Carter, and as Leah in The Walking Dead series. Collins recently shared exciting news about a new movie she stars in, Cowboy Drifter.

Directed by Michael Lange, known for his work on Charmed, Bones, and more, Cowboy Drifter tells of Caskie Jones, a roguish man who sets on a journey to locate his father he hasn't seen in thirty years, but when he is forced to face his past, he gets more than he bargained for.

Chuck Carrington plays Caskie and is joined by Aubrey Peeples, Kerry O'Malley, Lynn Collins, and Chelcie Ross.

Cowboy Drifter is availalbe to stream on TUBI and releases on Peacock on Jan. 31.

Lynn Collins in Somone Like You

In 2024, Collins will star in a new movie, Someone Like You, which is based on Karen Kingsbury's best-selling novel. The author self-funded the project under her Karen Kingsbury Productions sighting that of all her books, Someone Like You is her reader's favorite. The movie also stars Jake Allyn, Sarah Fisher, Robyn Lively, Bart Johnson, and Scott Reeves and is directed by Tyler Russell.

Someone Like You is a beautiful redemptive story of a young man who experiences the tragic loss of his best friend to learn she has a twin from whom she was separated during an IVF procedure.

Collins will also star in the upcoming James the Second movie, which tells of a boy with a rare condition in which he feels no pain or emotion. When he befriends a classmate, his condition begins to improve. It also stars Bryce Gheisar, Ella Anderson, and Isaiah Washington.
