Superlatives. Remember all those senior yearbook categories — most this, most that? I figured it was time to assign some of those titles to our survivors in The Walking Dead. Let’s give it a whirl!

Most likely to Succeed: Glenn
Glenn has a proven track record of success in survival, thinking quickly on his feet, and protecting others. He is not quick to judge and is willing to give others a fair shake, just as he did with Tara, who is now a part of the “family”. Another factor in his success may be the knowledge he gleaned from Dale and Hershel, both of whom had a profound effect on him.

Best looking: Clean-shaven Rick
Who can deny the proclamation that Rick cleans up very well? Shedding the beard while maintaining the chiseled features of a man who has weathered many storms proves to be a handsome combination.

Cutest couple: Aaron and Daryl
I know, I know. This is not a romantic pair. But these two work so well together on the road. And they have quickly developed a great partnership based on trust and respect for one another’s abilities. Rick may be Daryl’s brother, but Aaron might just turn out to be his best friend!

Most Survival Spirit: Tara
One word…. GREATM! With a nod to Michael Cudlitz’s role in Band of Brothers, Tara reminds us all that our survivors always have each other’s backs.

Most studious: Reg
He was a professor after all! Plus, he made sound arguments using historical references. He sure seemed like a smart guy to me.

Most Theatrical: Carol
Her “Susie Homemaker” routine has certainly been Oscar-worthy. And she has the wardrobe to match! Carol is even playing dual roles within her own group by withholding from Glenn and Abraham the truth about the source of Rick’s gun.

Most athletic: Abraham
He has the guns to prove it! And I don’t mean the kind with bullets. He handled the walker threat at the construction site with speed, agility, and precision.

Most musical: Beth
I doubt there’s any argument in regard to this category, but who is going to be Beth’s successor? Will Jordan Woods-Robinson’s musical talents perhaps play a role in Eric’s storyline??

Most dependable: Sasha
While suffering emotionally with deep pangs of loss, Sasha is steadfastly in the zone when it comes to taking out walkers and dealing with other threats like a pack of wild dogs.

Best dressed: Michonne
Who else can make a fashion statement with a men’s plain white dress shirt? And don’t forget how she put her own spin on her constable uniform. Michonne adds a little “edge” to everything (get it? like the edge of a sword, or perhaps a katana?)

Most artistic: Jessie
Who can compete with an owl statue? Enough said.

Alright, folks! Let’s hear what you have to say. Agree? Disagree? What categories would you add? Please share in the comments section below.
