Stars from The Walking Dead are set to invade Las Vegas this weekend for Wizard World’s 2015 Comic Con.  Among the other popular characters from movies, television and social media, 6 cast members of The Walking Dead will be on hand to meet their fans, sign autographs, and take pictures at the event which is being held April 24, 25 and 26.

Here is a list of folks from The Walking Dead who will be on hand at the Wizard World Las Vegas Comic Con:

  • David Morrissey – To fans of The Walking Dead, they know him mostly as ‘The Governor’.  However, he’s made tons of appearances on other hit shows including Doctor Who, The Field of Blood, and Meadowlands.  No word yet on whether or not he’ll be wearing an eye patch.
  • Steven Yeun – One of the few characters to survive since the first season of the show, Glenn Rhee has amassed a big following.  His combination of morals, ability to kick butt and sensitive side have made him  one of the most likable characters.
  • Emily Kinney – As the songstress of The Walking Dead, Emily Kinney warmed a lot of hearts with her role of Beth Greene.  She had major story lines during the show ever since she was introduced and even had fans supporting her after the season 5 midseason finale.
  • Michael Cudlitz – Known for his work as Abraham Ford, he has used some rather colorful catchphrases along his way to becoming one of the more popular characters.  Hopefully, Cudlitz is as “dolphin smooth” with his fans as his character’s skin is on the show.
  • Seth Gilliam – It will be interesting to see the response that Gilliam gets from fans.  People seem to really hate the character of Father Gabriel and many folks have trouble separating an actor from his character.  That’s even more true when that character is played as well as Gilliam has done for Gabriel.
  • Michael Rooker – He’s starred in the hit movie Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy and has been in cult classics like Kevin Smith’s Mallrats, but fans of The Walking Dead will always know Rooker as the stubborn and grumpy brother of Daryl Dixon named Merle.

For more information on how to attend the 2015 Wizard World Las Vegas Comic Con, be sure to check out their website at http://www.wizardworld.com/home-lasvegas.html.  Most of the cast members of The Walking Dead who will be on hand for the event will be available Saturday and Sunday, so be sure to check the website to ensure the person you want to see is available that day.

Wizard World Comic Cons are a great place to not only meet your favorite actors but also interact with other fans.  Many even go in costume for the event.  Personally, I have attended two Wizard World events and have had a great time at both.  It really is an experience that you’ll never forget.
