There is a new role that The Walking Dead is looking to fill and the character description sounds like Dr Denise Cloyd of the comic series.

There has been a casting call out for a new role and here is the description that was released for the role via Wetpaint:

****************BEWARE SPOILERS INSIDE****************

That role sounds very familiar to comic character Dr. Denise Cloyd. Denise was not a psychologist in the comics. She was one of the doctors and the only surgeon of the town. She was the surgeon that helped save Carl after he got shot in the eye.

I didn’t think Carl would get shot in the eye during the TV Series, so maybe instead of helping Carl with a surgery she needs to help him through some psychological madness he has going on in his head.

Her appearance on the show seems to last through the season. There are at least a couple of episodes that she will be in, but there is no end date on how far she will last.

Could we have the Dr. in the house?
