I’ve talked a couple of times about my love for The Driving Dead series.  I was drawn in to the videos after learning that the man who plays Merle Dixon on The Walking Dead would be one of the stars of the show.  While they are actually public service announcements, they are cleverly placed in a show that is entertaining and stylish, but still manages to be informative.  Here is the description of the series according to the media release:

"“The Driving Dead Series launched in August 2014 as part of a new initiative led by the Illinois Department of Transportation. Renowned for his roles in Marvel’s, “Guardians of the Galaxy,” and AMC’s, “The Walking Dead,” Rooker has been involved with the series from its inception. Now in its third installment, The Driving Dead addresses the importance of seatbelt safety for everyone in the car – drivers and passengers alike.”"

Personally. I know many people who don’t wear their seatbelt.  It is that kind of disregard for safety and the law that can lead to huge fines, severe injuries and even death.  The cause behind the The Driving Dead videos are excellent, but the execution of them is even better.  Michael Rooker gives an excellent performance that leaves fans of his very interested to see what will happen in the next installment.

Today, the third video in The Driving Dead series was released.  If you haven’t watched the previous episodes, be sure to check out The Driving Dead’s official website and get caught up before you watch the video below, otherwise you might be a little lost as to what is going on.

Here is the video for The Driving Dead: Episode 3 from the official The Driving Dead YouTube account:
