The Walking Dead’s Everyday Impact On Art And Life
How does The Walking Dead “bleed” into other areas of your life? For me, I find it can affect my decisions on jewelry, clothing, hobbies, and more. One of my interests is card making, so it was not long before I began creating some #TWD themed designs!

- Do you find yourself drawn to all things zombie?
- Does a piece of jewelry with arrows or angel wings immediately catch the eye of Daryl fans?
- Do you find yourself favoring browns and neutrals in your color palettes?
- What is your first thought when you pass a dilapidated building? You could picture it as location in the show, am I right?
- Has anyone developed an irrational fear of cargo trailers thinking they just might be traps?
It may not be so for all viewers, but I suspect many fans find themselves thinking about the world of Rick Grimes more often than just Sunday nights. Whether you make The Walking Dead inspired pieces of art, collecting action figures, or just thinking of regular items like a baseball bat or train car in a different way, AMC’s hit show can really change the way you view the world that you live in every single day.
Susan on our Twitter account loves posing her The Walking Dead action figures into fun and interesting poses and taking photographs of them. While that might seem silly to some, it’s quite a bit of fun. That’s especially true when the characters are posed in ways that make a reference to the show or comic book series.
