AMC’s new show Fear The Walking Dead has been gaining momentum over the past couple weeks to build up to the show’s August premiere.  While there are a ton of things that we still don’t know about the companion show, so far we’ve learned some of the major cast members of the show.

The list of the actors on the show is an impressive one.  Mercedes Mason, Ruben Blades, Cliff Curtis, Kim Dickens, Frank Dillane and Alycia Debnam Carey have all been added to the project and now another name from a popular program is linked to Fear The Walking Dead.  And the show isn’t done accumulating talent just yet.

According to Deadline.com, actress Sandrine Holt has been added to cast of Fear The Walking Dead.

Sandrine Holt has been a part of many popular shows, including House of Cards, The Returned, Hostages, The L Word, and 24.  In addition to those programs, she’s also been a part of several blockbuster films like Underworld, Resident Evil: Apocalypse, and Black Robe.

Perhaps one of the biggest things to note about Holt’s addition to the team is her connection to the creator of The Walking Dead, Robert Kirkman.  Kirkman is the producer of a film titled Air, which stars The Walking Dead’s Norman Reedus and also has Sandrine Holt cast for a major role.

It’s always great to see actors and actresses being brought back by producers and directors because you know that they feel strongly that these individuals can help their project succeed.  And given Sandrine Holt’s impressive resume, there’s no doubting that she will be a great addition to Fear The Walking Dead.
