The Walking Dead: The Walkers Love Facebook?

The Walking Dead and social media are a natural fit.  Fans can’t get enough of The Walking Dead: memes, discussion, trivia, photos, merchandise. Twitter seems to be popular for some of the actors and fans, but it seems the walkers love Facebook. Now that I think about it, it makes sense. It’s a place for the walkers to post pictures and thoughts without having to interact all the time with retweets or begs for follows. Walkers can post tons of photos and keep them better organized as well.

I’m not sure how or when I discovered walker pages and then played detective to find more walker Facebook accounts, but I’m glad I did. They are very interesting and add a fun depth to the Walking Dead fan experience. I’ve found quite a few, but I bet there are more out there, so get out your Facebook magnifying glass!

Here are some things you may learn by following a walker Facebook page:

  • Walkers are skinny.
  • Walkers are funny.
  • Walkers work very hard.
  • Walkers really want to do an amazing job.
  • Walkers want to take out main characters.
  • Walkers love The Walking Dead, too.
