AMC’s Fear The Walking Dead Undergoes A Logo Change
By Adam Carlson
It seems as though things are still subject to change when it comes to AMC’s Fear The Walking Dead. The program is not set to premiere until this Summer, but there have been numerous announcements as to additions of the cast, things the show will and will not have, and even how the timelines of the show will run.
Still, one of the most recent changes is one that I didn’t see coming.
Ever since the first promotional video for Fear The Walking Dead aired, the logo has been similar. The word “The” was always included at the bottom of the letter “F” in Fear. However, the newly designed logo has changed the location of that word.
As you can see from the picture above which is taken from Fear The Walking Dead’s official website, the word “THE” has since been moved out of the “F” and now stands on its own just to the right of the word “Fear”.
In addition to that, there seems to be a design included the letters of the name of the show. I personally can’t figure out what the design is supposed to be, but it could be something as simple as cracks in the pavement to something as complex as cracks in the skin of walkers. While I have no idea what it is, I’m sure we’ll find out more as we get closer to the show’s premiere.
What do you guys think of the newly designed Fear The Walking Dead logo? What do you think the picture inside the letters is? And do you find it more visually appealing than the previous logo? Let me know what you guys think in the comments below.
