The Walking Dead Escape At 2015 Comic Con International

Fans of The Walking Dead attending 2015 Wizard World Comic Con International in San Diego, California are in for a treat. As well as the panels, photo opportunities, autographs and multitude of products available, attendees could put themselves through The Walking Dead Escape.

The Walking Dead Escape is essentially a maze that people can pay to go through. Along the maze, there are familiar faces from the comic book series and television show along the way to interact with. This year is no different, as the maze will feature The Saviors from The Walking Dead’s comic books.

The big draw here is getting to see a real-life version of Negan, the leader of The Saviors. He’s become one of the biggest threats to many characters in the comic books and even has fans drooling at the thought of him appearing on the hit AMC zombie survival drama.

The description of the event according to the official The Walking Dead Escape website gives fans a good idea of what to expect when they enter the maze:

"“Your group has arrived at the Alexandria Safe Zone, but safety is quickly fleeting as you confront characters from Robert Kirkman’s The Walking Dead.This isn’t just an obstacle course, this is an immersive experience into the world of The Walking Dead. Sure, you’ll need to run for your lives, but you’ll also need to make decisions alone or as a group that will determine whether your captured or escape the menacing Negan and his group of Survivors.”"

The Walking Dead Escape is set to happen on July 10th and 11th at PetCo Park in San Diego California from 6:00 pm until 10:00 pm. Don’t miss out on your chance to be a part of this amazing experience.
