Not only did we get a great trailer for The Walking Dead’s sixth season at Wizard World’s 2015 Comic-Con International in San Diego, California and a date that the show will return to AMC, but we also got another great nugget from the panel that is sure to be of interest to fans.

It was announced that The Walking Dead’s season 6 premiere episode would be 90 minutes long.

That’s right.  An hour and a half of undead goodness will be waiting for us on October 11th.  Much like some of the other premieres and finales in the past, there will be an extra thirty minutes for fans to enjoy.  That means that we should expect a lot of action and intrigue within that time.

There will be a lot going on in The Walking Dead’s season 6 premiere that should keep fans interested.  Here is just a small list of what we have in store for us:

Now that The Wolves know about Aaron, Daryl, Morgan and Alexandria, how will they react?

What will happen with the balance of power in Alexandria now that Rick has shown to be a more effective and decisive leader for the group?

Will Enid’s sneaking outside the walls of Alexandria lead us to something more substantial?

How will the residents of Alexandria react to the change in power within the walls of their community?

All of these questions and more will likely be answered during The Walking Dead’s sixth season when it returns to AMC on October 11th.  Stay tuned to Undead Walking for more details as they become available.
