As a part of Conan’s presence at 2015 Comic-Con International series from San Diego, California, Conan O’Brien sat down with several members of the cast from AMC’s hit zombie survival drama The Walking Dead.

During his feature on The Walking Dead, Conan spoke with Danai Gurira (Michonne), Steven Yeun (Glenn) and the popular Mr. Norman Reedus (Daryl) about how the success of the show has changed their everyday lives.  Being recognizable on the street makes doing everyday things difficult for these actors and actresses, as they discussed on the show.

Here is a video of the three The Walking Dead actors on Conan from the Team Coco website:

In the video, each actor shared a story of intense encounters with fans.

Steven Yeun talked about a fan of The Walking Dead who came up to him at the urinals in the bathroom.  Not only did the man break the bathroom code of making eye contact with another man at the urinal, but they he engaged in a conversation with the man who plays Glenn, finishing the conversation by putting his hand on Yeun’s shoulder.

Norman Reedus talked about having to go into an airplane bathroom to eat a sandwich after being swarmed by fans who were recording his meal.

But perhaps the most interesting story is that of Danai Gurira.  She talked about a fan that would meet her at the airport whenever her fights came in.  Eventually, she asked the person not to meet her there for a couple of times, and the person agreed.  However, after skipping two landings, the person was back at the airport to see her immediately after.

What do you guys think? Do fans go too far during some of their encounters with celebrities like those on The Walking Dead?  Or do you think that being a public figure means that they accept the responsibility of having a more public life?  Let me know what you think in the comments below.
