The Walking Dead season 5 dominates DVD/Blu-Ray sales

The Walking Dead released season 5 on DVD and Blu-Ray August 25, 2015. Since then, fans have been so hungry to see the most recent season of the zombie survival drama that it shot to the top of the DVD/Blu-Ray sales charts.
The package from Anchor Bay Entertainment features all 16 episodes of The Walking Dead’s fifth season including commentary, special features, deleted scenes, featurettes and more! Impressively, this collection ended up being the #1 selling DVD/Blu-Ray for the week of ending August 30,105, debuting at No. 1 on both the Nielsen VideoScan First Alert chart and Nielsen’s dedicated Blu-ray chart.

It must be pleasing many who purchase it, because it has a healthy rating of 4.7 stars on Amazon.com. It is also a major accomplishment for a television program to best so many big Hollywood movies.
