Fans of AMC’s The Walking Dead got a first look at the show’s 6th season in a teaser trailer that led us to believe that there will be some kind of conflict between Rick Grimes and Daryl Dixon.  While most fans thought it was a case of editing the trailer to mislead fans, a recent spoiler from our friends over at The Spoiling Dead Fans on Facebook might have added some validity to the idea of a conflict being real.

One of their loyal and reputable contributors called “Gossip Girl” passed some info along to them about a scene that was being rehearsed involving Rick, Daryl, and the new character Jesus.  At this time, the actor playing Jesus is unknown, but they describe him as “being about 5’11. We were told he has dark blonde hair. He’s wearing a green stocking cap.”

Here is the scene as described on The Spoiling Dead Fans’ Facebook post:

"“There is apparently a chase scene. They drive up to the store. Rick gets out of the car and slams the door. He goes over to Daryl who was on his bike. He pushes Daryl. Daryl is yelling at Rick. Trouble in Rickyl paradise!! They get in a scuffle which Jesus breaks up. Jesus says, ‘We gotta go. We only have 7 minutes.”‘"

Oooh.  I’ve been waiting for a good internal conflict, as season 5 had the group uniting in a very strong manner (with the exception of Father Gabriel at times).  There is no knowledge as to what this scuffle is about, or what is going to occur in 7 minutes, but it sounds like something intense is going to be going down that should help keep our attention.

The Walking Dead’s sixth season is set to premiere on October 11, 2015 on AMC.  Excitement levels are high for the return of this record-breaking show, which has promised one of the biggest season premieres in the history of the series.
