Fear The Walking Dead is set to return with its fourth episode on Sunday, September 20, 2015.  This episode is titled Not Fade Away and will take over from the events in The Dog.

At this point, the National Guard has taken over the area and is attempting to clear all the undead from the area.  However, it isn’t known exactly just what their orders are.

Here is the description of the episode:

"“Madison and Travis see different sides of the National Guard’s occupation in their neighborhood; the family tries to adapt to the new world.”"

Air Date:

  • September 20, 2015  AMC (United States)
  • September 28, 2015  AMC (United Kingdom)

Written By: Meaghan Oppenheimer

Directed By:  Kari Skogland

There are currently two promotional videos out about this episode.  The first video is a short teaser from the AMC website.  Here is that one:

This teaser video is the one that aired after last week’s episode.  Featured in this video is Madison looking at the “Missing” board as well as the military taking control of the area.  However, it doesn’t look like things with the authorities are going well either, as the drama seems to be heating up with the Salazar family.  Plus, Nick must do something that the soldiers don’t like, because he gets a gun butt in his face.

The second video is also hosted on the AMC YouTube channel.  Here is that one:

In this video, Madison is going out into the streets and the rotting of the bodies is making her sick.  The streets look like a war zone, with debris and dead bodies everywhere.  Madison sees the military coming and hides under a car next to a dead body.  The soldiers are checking all the bodies to make sure they’re dead and appear to be coming in Madison’s direction.

Not Fade Away looks to be a can’t-miss episode of Fear The Walking Dead because it will hopefully show that the military can’t contain this threat.  In addition, seeing the interactions between the families in Madison’s home should make for some great television.
