Lennie James and Norman Reedus both have had some strong words to say about the introduction of comic book character Negan that Jeffrey Dean Morgan will bring to life in the finale of season 6 of The Walking Dead.

Negan. Sasha, Daryl and Abraham are dealing with his men right now. We know that Negan thinks their property belongs to him. We can infer that he sends some men out to collect property from people.

Even if we haven’t read the comics, we may be aware of Lucille, Negan’s barbed wire wrapped baseball bat. We know that Jeffrey Dean Morgan has been cast to play the role of this villain that we’ve been hearing about forever.

It’s becoming a reality. Negan is coming. Robert Kirkman has said that Negan’s introduction in the finale will be bone-chilling. (TVInsider) Now we hear some remarks from Norman Reedus and Lennie James that validate that claim and create even more excitement for this terrifying character.

It is such a dazzling introduction that it’s going to blow people off their seats.

Lennie James is very pleased with the casting and thinks that even comic book readers will be in for surprises with the second half of season six. Make sure you read Lennie quote with his lovely British accent. (Via

"“I think he is fantastic casting for the role and the work he has done on the show so far is proof of that, and it’s off the chart. It is such a dazzling introduction that it’s going to blow people off their seats. [Season six] is going to go places that even if you read the comics you’ve got no f**king idea what’s going to happen!”"

Norman Reedus weighed in on Negan and the rest of season 6 as well. This back half of season 6 sounds to be quite intense. (Via Cinema Blend)

"“There’s going to be a fight. I won’t tell you who, when and where, but I can promise you a fight. All of us are about to clash with that motherf**ker. There’s a lot of turmoil in the second half of Season 6.”"

Season 6B starts on Sunday so we will start the drop down that roller coaster hill. Throw your arms in the air and get ready for the wind on your face, your stomach to do flips and lots of loops and turns.
