The Walking Dead and Stranger Things title video mashup

There is nothing more popular in the world of television than AMC’s The Walking Dead and Netflix’s Stranger Things. Here is a mashup of the two title videos.
Unless you’ve been living under a rock, you know that there is an insanely popular program on Netflix called Stranger Things. The show tells the story of a town consumed by a dark force where the residents have to band together to overcome what they don’t understand.

If you think that sounds similar to The Walking Dead, then you’re right. The concept of teamwork to overcome adversity is nothing new in the world of horror or science fiction. However, what is even better than one of these amazing shows is when the two come together to become something even more cool.
Recently, our friends over at Fan Fest on YouTube decided to mash the introductions of these two shows together to create one opening sequence, and it is just about as awesome as you imagined.

With how well these two go together, it’s almost hard to believe that this isn’t a real introduction to The Walking Dead. The red tones of Stranger Things along with the shapes and dynamics lend themselves well to the AMC’s zombie drama.
Even the final title card, written out in the style of Stranger Things, is appealing and gives a wonderful throwback to the history of horror and science fiction. If you haven’t checked out Stranger Things on Netflix, it is highly recommended that you do so as soon as possible. Since Fear The Walking Dead hasn’t started back up and The Walking Dead is currently on break until season 7, there is plenty of time to watch this wonderfully unique program and not miss a moment of your favorite zombie survival dramas.
