The Walking Dead returns with “The Cell.” Here’s all of the information you need to watch season 7 episode 3 of The Walking Dead on television and online.

With the group splintered off in many directions coming out of the season premiere, it’s time to check in with Daryl now that he has arrived at the Sanctuary. Negan is in charge and Daryl must face the reality that help is not coming any time soon.

Daryl has been left reeling with the idea that his outburst caused Glenn’s death. Couple that with being separated from the people he cares about and there’s no question that Daryl is in his darkest place since this whole thing started. How will Daryl adapt to his new situation? Will he find anyone who might be able to help him?

We learn more about Dwight in this episode and where Dwight was before he ran into Daryl on the road last season. His surviving female companion Sherry is also there, and she hints that whatever Negan did is nothing compared to what he is capable of, which is a terrifying thought. Dwight seems to have his eye on Daryl and helps him learn the ropes at the Sanctuary. But why? What is he after?

After reuniting with Carol and Morgan last week and meeting King Ezekiel in his Kingdom, the journey into the Sanctuary will be a complete turnaround. We haven’t caught up with Rick’s group on the way to the Hilltop since their devastating run-in with Negan, nor have we seen what has been going on in Alexandria all this time. How is Maggie doing? Is Alexandria safe?
