Walker Stalker Con: Help yourself to a discount to help those in need

Walker Stalker Con hosts your favorite stars from The Walking Dead. They are running a promotion on general admission to help victims of the wildfires that have swept through Gatlinburg, TN.

Walker Stalker Con is always trying to help bring fans together with their favorite cast members of The Walking Dead.  Now they are extending help to the city of Gatlinburg, TN where wildfires have consumed people’s homes and belongings.

The promotion runs today, Dec. 2nd through Sunday, Dec. 4th.  Guests can purchase general admission tickets at a 25% discounted rate for any Walker Stalker Con event currently scheduled in the U.S.  The promotional code is TN25.

So how does this help the victims of the fires in the Smoky Mountains of Gatlinburg, TN? The popular fan convention is donating $10 per ticket purchased with the TN25 promo code to the American Red Cross for aid to Gatlinburg.

With thousands and sometimes tens of thousands of fans attending each convention, this promotion could generate a great deal of aid to Gatlinburg.

Tennessee is home to Walker Stalker Con headquarters as well as the state where The Walking Dead‘s Jordan Wood-Robinson grew up and performed at Dollywood in Pigeon Forge, TN, also damaged by the fires.

Of course, charity is nothing new to Walker Stalker Con.  The Bisquick Challenge with Michael Cudlitz brings in generous donations to the local food banks of cities the convention visits.  And Lawrence Gilliard, Jr. who played Bob on The Walking Dead has put his “best foot forward” for charity. Bob’s BBQ Challenge is  another food drive at Walker Stalker Con that helps those in need.
