Will It Be Enough To Win?

If all the groups come together to battle Negan and the Saviors will they have enough resources to take Negan down once and for all?

Possibly, but it’s not going to be an easy victory. They won’t be able to match the Saviors when it comes to weapons or fighters.

Negan is clever, and cruel. He has no problem sacrificing people to achieve a purpose. In a head to head battle the alliance would probably lose.

Their only real chance for victory is to use the advantages they have. Rick and the Atlanta survivors know how fight.

They can create a plan of attack that uses their strengths and minimized their weaknesses. By fighting a guerrilla style war against Negan and the Saviors they have a chance to win.

They may be able to get some help from inside Sanctuary too. Dwight seems as if he’s wavering in his allegiance to Negan. Others are probably just as disillusioned. If the alliance can get some of the Saviors to turn on Negan that will help them win.

The odds are against them, but they can still win. After all, they’ve faced worse odds than this and have managed to survive. Revenge can be a powerful motivator. Maggie, Sasha, Rosita, Rick, Daryl and the others want revenge for the deaths of Glenn and Abe.

Survival is another powerful motivator. And all the communities in The Walking Dead world want to get rid of Negan so that they can survive. That drive and determination along with the assets that they do have may be enough for the alliance to win an all out war against Negan and the Saviors.
