#2. Will Rick follow through on his promise?
Is Rick going to kill Negan? Not today, not tomorrow, but he made a promise. What do you think?

Rick is usually a man of his word. When he says he’s going to do something, he typically follows through on his promise and does whatever it takes to make it happen. That’s especially true when it comes to his threats.
The most notable time this happened was with Gareth in Terminus. Rick said that he would kill him with a red-handled machete, which actually became a reality once Carol overthrew the cannibalistic community.
But now that Rick is promising to kill Negan, it’s hard to believe him. Negan just seems like far too powerful and influential to kill off that way. Fans should expect him to be around for a long while, even though the show doesn’t always mirror the events of the comic book series.
