Madison, Walker, and Strand had to deal with a plugged tunnel during the talked about scene from Fear The Walking Dead episode 311 titled ‘La Serpiente’.

Fans were treated to several intense and interesting moments during season 3 episode 11 of Fear The Walking Dead. The group was on a hunt for water and after trading their gold for the safety of Victor Strand, their last hopes rested with the people at the dam.

However, getting there wouldn’t be easy. Blocked off to vehicles by stopped traffic and a massive amount of walkers, Madison Clark, Qaletaqa Walker, and Strand had to find an alternate route through the sewers.

Here is the most talked about scene from episode 311 called ‘Pass The Hatchet’ as hosted on the official YouTube channel of AMC:

Moving through the tunnels of the sewer, Madison is stopped in her tracks by a bloated walker sticking out from a pipe that is blocking their way to the dam.

Thinking fast, the group backs up and Madison asks Walker to pass her the hatchet. He passes it up to Strand who hands it to her, and she uses it to kill the zombie with one quick and powerful chop to the head.

Next came the gruesome part where Madison was forced to chip away at the body with the hatchet, removing the head first and passing it back to the others. Then she moves on, hacking at the arm before asking Strand to help pull the corpse.

Together, they pulled as hard as they could. The bloated body pulled apart, with blood, guts, and gore spewing everywhere as the show went to commercial break after finally finding a way through to the dam.
