Death Stranding’s Director Hideo Kojima to attend Brasil Game Show

Death Stranding Director and Metal Gear mastermind Hideo Kojima will attend the Brasil Game Show for the first time. A Lifetime Achievement Award awaits.

Death Stranding Game Director Hideo Kojima who’s cast The Walking Dead’s Norman Reedus in a lead role in the title, will be flying over to São Paulo, Brazil. The occasion? None other than the annual Brasil Game Show between October 11th-13th.

The brilliant game developer will be receiving a Lifetime Achievement Award for his work on the timeless Metal Gear series and other titles. The Lifetime Achievement Award ceremony will take place on October 12th at 2:00pm – 3:00pm (14:00 – 15:00).

Death Standing Game Director Hideo Kojima Expresses Excitement at coming to Brazil

It will not only be Kojima’s first time attending the Brasil Game Show but also his first ever time in Brazil! Kojima has stated in a Youtube video message directed at Brazil fans that he’s thrilled to meet them. He also mentioned being excited to witness Brazilian culture firsthand.

Kojima will be available for meet and greets on October 11th from 3:30pm – 5:00pm (15:30-17:00) and on October 12th from 5:30pm – 7:00pm (17:30 – 19:00).

Death Stranding Revelations?

Will Hideo Kojima lay down any hints or even a potential new teaser for Death Stranding at the Brasil Game Show? The gaming world wouldn’t be expecting it like at E3 or Tokyo Game Show, the perfect spot to for under the radar revelations!

Will Kojima possibly take the opportunity to drop another Bridges style teaser upon a hungry fanbase?

Kojima has stated that the PlayStation 4 title will be out before 2019 at Tokyo’s Game Show in 2016 during a Q and A Session.

Hideo Kojima Confirms Attendance to BGS 10 in a Kojima Productions Video, Mentions Extended Dates

Kojima mentioned in his BGS confirmation video above that it’s Brasil Game Show’s 10th Anniversary (leading to an extended show October 10th-15th).

Is he subtly touching that he will have a surprise past the three days (Oct. 10-13th) revealed publicly on the Brasil Game Show website? A Death Stranding surprise?!
