People often die in the zombie apocalypse, but who was lost during season 8 episode 3 of AMC’s The Walking Dead titled Monsters on November 5, 2017?

Death is a regular part of AMC’s The Walking Dead. Each week, there are either walkers or survivors who meet their end fans are left wondering if their favorite characters will make it through to the next episode.

Season 8 episode 3 titled ‘Monsters’ is no different. As usual, the struggle to survive ended for some people during the November 5, 2017 installment of the series, whether fans wanted them to die or not.

Here is a rundown of which characters were lost during this week’s installment of AMC’s The Walking Dead:

  • A lot of The Saviors. A large group of The Saviors tried to get the jump on the people from The Kingdom only to get ambushed and wiped out before the opening credits even aired!
  • Morales.

Just as quickly as he showed up on the scene, he was gone. While Morales was holding Rick at gunpoint, Daryl busted in with his crossbow and shot him. It’s a quick death for a character many didn’t really want to see return in the first place.

    More from Undead Walking

  • Tied up members of The Saviors. Walkers attacking the group on the highway was a huge fiasco. whether it was the undead eating them or Morgan shooting one in the head, it was more saviors who met their demise.
  • New outpost Saviors. The people from The Kingdom took out another group of Negan’s soldiers. This is the third group they have eliminated now, even if none of the saviors seemed to be named survivors.
  • Eric. One of the most crushing moments of the episode was seeing Aaron return to see a walker shambling away who looked a LOT like Eric from behind. While I’m VERY confident that the walker was Eric, the face was never seen.
  • Todd. A member of The Saviors gave away the location of the Browning guns after being made a promise by Rick. However, Daryl shot him right in the head anyway.
  • Possibly some members of The Kingdom. After talking about how not a single soldier was lost, a Browning tore their group apart and there may or may not have been casualties during the gunfire.
